Meet Louise
Louise (aka Cookie) is a professional international meeting planner for her own company, Zest Events, through which she has organized professional conferences in many countries across the world. Her credentials as a retreat leader began with her journey of awareness over 40 years ago in the search for healing from anxiety disorders, health and relationship issues.Her years of experience as a wellness coach, Reiki master, and retreat leader is shorter. She has been training and developing those skills for the past 30 years, and loves sharing those skills with other women.

Cookie healed her anxiety and created a wonderful life with a new husband and home by using the metaphysical skills she learned through reading, energy work, alternative medicines, Hindu gurus, Eastern healing techniques, shamans and spiritual retreats. She hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu with a Shaman, and has attended many retreats through Omega institute and with American Indian Shamans and will attend one in Ireland this year with renowned medium and healer Marie Manuchehri.
